Litana Group boosts production efficiency thr...

UAB Laivsta, a company within the Litana Group, is implementing a modernization project valued at 1,008,355 EUR, co-financed under the European Regional Development Fund’s financial incentive measure “Pokytis”. As part of the project, high-performance equipment has been acquired to enhance the efficiency of metal processing and steel structure production – including a laser cutting system, a magnetic traverse, an automatic shot blasting line, and a crane system. This modernization will increase productivity, accuracy, and safety, while reducing energy consumption and manual labor costs. It will also optimize storage, shorten order fulfillment times, reduce reliance on subcontractor services, minimize transportation needs and environmental impact, improve product quality, and expand production capacity.

First Construction Stage Completed in Kaunas:...

The construction of a modern multifunctional complex in Kaunas has reached an important milestone – the successful completion of the first stage of works. To mark this progress and to thank all contractors and partners involved in the project, a traditional ceremony was held – a wreath was raised on the roof of the building. This long-standing tradition symbolizes not only construction progress but also the joint efforts of the entire team. The wreath-raising marks the moment when the building becomes increasingly recognizable in the city landscape and begins to take its final shape. As the general contractor, Litana Group continues to oversee the project, ensuring that each stage is delivered smoothly and to the highest quality standards.

Sąvaržėlė business center project in Vilnius

Litana Group is contributing to the construction of the modern „Savaržėlė“ business center on Konstitucijos Avenue in Vilnius. Our scope in this project includes the manufacture, supply, and installation of metal structures. Sąvaržėlė is a modern architectural project with a total area of more than 30,000 m². The building will have 19,000 m² of office space, retail and catering areas, an impressive glass roof over the public atrium, and an underground car park with 340 spaces. The work is currently in its final stage, with the last staircases being installed. Once completed, „Sąvaržėlė“ will become a new modern architectural accent in the Vilnius skyline.
