Litana Group has signed a new contract with OHLA Sverige for the Sofia Station project, part of the Stockholm Metro expansion and the extension of the city’s Blue Line.

Under the contract, Litana Construction will manufacture and install approximately 240 tonnes of steel structures. Located around 100 metres below ground, Sofia Station will be one of the deepest metro stations in the world.

The contract continues Litana Group’s cooperation with OHLA Group and further strengthens the company’s involvement in major infrastructure projects across Scandinavia.
