Litana Group Summer Event

This summer, the Litana Group head office team welcomed colleagues from Norway, Latvia and Sweden for an “Around the World” event centred on teamwork, friendly competition and shared experiences. Raft building, team skiing, football, tennis and basketball filled the day, accompanied by food and traditions inspired by different countries. Beyond the activities, the event offered an opportunity to connect outside daily work and celebrate the international team behind Litana Group.

Litana Construction Signs New Contract for So...

Litana Group has signed a new contract with OHLA Sverige for the Sofia Station project, part of the Stockholm Metro expansion and the extension of the city’s Blue Line. Under the contract, Litana Construction will manufacture and install approximately 240 tonnes of steel structures. Located around 100 metres below ground, Sofia Station will be one of the deepest metro stations in the world. The contract continues Litana Group’s cooperation with OHLA Group and further strengthens the company’s involvement in major infrastructure projects across Scandinavia. Image: Sweco

Expansion of Painting Capacity

Litana is expanding its steel fabrication capabilities in Lithuania with a new 1,400 m² painting workshop, scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. The new facility will increase our total painting capacity to 2,500 m², enabling us to handle larger steel fabrication projects while maintaining consistent coating quality and reliable delivery. Equipped with 6.3-tonne overhead cranes and modern ventilation and air filtration systems, the workshop will provide controlled conditions for efficient and stable coating operations. From 2027, the expanded capacity will strengthen Litana’s ability to deliver larger volumes of steel structures with the quality and reliability our customers expect.
